Yew Wood Windsor Chair by Nicholson Rockley
A Good 19th century Yew Wood Windsor Low Back chair with an Elm seat, made by George Nicholson in the tiny hamlet of Rockley just south of Retford on the old Great North Road, the seat is stamped by the maker, the condition is excellent and it has a pleasing colour and patina.
