Yew Wood Windsor Chair Nicholson Rockley

A Yew Wood Low Back Windsor Armchair from the workshop of George Nicholson which was in the tiny hamlet of Rockley, George was a Methodist Minister and took over the workshop after the bankruptcy of William Wheatland also a minister and the founder of the Rockley tradition of chair making . The chair is in excellent condition it has the usual Elm seat and is stamped on the side of the seat.
